The Torse and Mantle embellishes the Medieval fighter’s kit and displays their heraldic colors. The Torse, which is the twisted “wreath” is worn on the Helm with the Mantle flowing down the back in a variety of shapes and configurations.  The dagged mantles are made in wool. Linen mantles can be painted with heraldic motifs.
